RichmondWiki has a built-in search feature on the left sidebar that allows users to search using two methods:

[edit] Go

After entering a query in the search box, clicking the Go button in the search box takes the user directly to the article whose title matches the search query. If the article has not been created yet, the edit page will appear and the user is free to contribute content and create the new wiki page.

[edit] Search

Alternatively, users can search by keyword by entering a search query and clicking Search. This will show a list of articles that have the keyword anywhere in article title or text.
