A hoagie and burger joint near the VCU campus. Fat Larry's offers a wide variety of cheesesteaks, burgers, hoagies, french fries, pizza and ice cream.

Any patron that eats an 18" hoagie earns a spot on the "Larry Challenge Wall of Fame" and gets a their picture posted on the wall and on the restaurant's website. The current record is 5:58 set by Mark Anderson.[1]

Named one of Richmond Magazine's "Cheap Eats" as a best bargain restaurant for lunch in the July 2008 issue.
This closed early 2009 and the space is now an Indian restaurant.
