An active Yahoo Group for geocachers in the Richmond and Central Virginia regions. Members coordinate events, share tips on hiding and seeking geocaches, provide product reviews and recommendations, and discuss topics related to the sport.
The group was founded in 2004 and has about 275 members as of January 2009.

Geocaching is a high-tech treasure hunting game played throughout the world by adventure seekers equipped with GPS devices. The basic idea is to locate hidden containers, called geocaches, outdoors and then share your experiences online.
