Barker Field

Barker Field is a roughly 5-acre fenced dog park in the southeast corner of Byrd Park (near the Carillon). The park is almost always in use, and there can be upwards of several dozen dogs running around at times.
Although the Richmond City Government cuts the grass and maintains the grounds, the Friends of Barker Field volunteer their time and resources to keep it dog-friendly.
