		<description>@Harsh, I don&#039;t know of a dofollow extension (but I haven&#039;t really looked for one in a while). You can make ALL links from a MediaWiki &quot;dofollow&quot; if you set $wgNoFollowLinks to false in LocalSettings.php. Hope that helps!</description>

If you get desperate enough for it, there is a human resources wiki with some extension developers who do work for hire who might be able to create one for you.</description>
